This is the exact location for our filming. You can see it is very simple but we are hoping it will look effective and fit with our abract interpretation and theme. A majority of our footage will just be filmed on the bed so this double bed should fit with this.

Setting
The setting for our music video will be based mainly in one room. This is to go with our abstract idea within our stop motion. The setting will be in a bedroom with a double bed, plain walls and little objects within. this setting is going to be used to show a normal everyday lifestyle so the idea of the bedroom can relate to the target audience. We may contrast between 2 bedrooms, one of a females and one of a males to show their divide however to keep a more simplitic idea we may just stick with the one. The room will be artificially lit so the bedroom would have to be blacked out to create this effect. We want a lot of the artificial light within the room to create an abstract effect and also compliment the white walls and surreality. We will be using props that an everyday person would be using for example a toothbrush and a hairbrush etc, which would be passed through the characters in split screen whist still lying on the bed. If we decide on using live motion for the chorus to have the singer lip syncing, we will still keep the same setting of the white or possible different colour room, however the shots will be closer up so the setting wont matter as much. We will not be filming outside as we want to keep the abstract approach and we also wanted artificial lighting rather than natural and realised this would be unachieveable.
