Photoshop Technique

Throughout media we have learnt various new photoshop techniques to help improve our overall finished products, and this year when creating our music video our new photoshop techniques will help immensely because of the fact we need to create a digipak cover and magazine article. One effect ive learnt from media studies that will help me in creating our digipak cover is lighting effects through the image that create a surrealistic 'slash' of lighting which makes a image stand out and with the right image and the right composition of the image can make the image very effective and different and this is the exact type of effect we are looking to create with the contrast of the natural setting of the image. We would like to add these surrealistic effects because it will link perfectly with the imaginary and surrealism we are trying to create with our actual music video and we think this will link very well.
